The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shops, making it easy to find places to eat and buy things. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which was a relief given the hot weather outside.
The hotel experience was far from pleasant. The staff at the reception didn't speak English, and there was no real lobby to speak of.

We had a super time in Istanbul! the hotel location was fantastic, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning which was a lifesaver, especially during the hottest hours of the day. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a nice variety of foods including fresh fruits and pastries.
the hotel lacked proper maintenance, and we experienced problems with the hot water and door locks.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better! It is situated in a busy area, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and public transportation. the rooms are well-maintained, and the bathrooms are clean and spacious. the staff provides excellent service, always ready to assist. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the view from the rooftop terrace is breathtaking. the hotel also offers a fitness center and a business center ' convenience.
The Wi-Fi signal in the hotel can be quite weak at times.
